Meet the Owner:

Hi, I’m Melanie! I am a mom of 2, a wife, an avid Bravo watcher, and a gal who just loves to be in the kitchen! I was diagnosed in 2013 with an autoimmune disease that required me to go gluten free. Discovering that bread made with rice, tapioca, sorghum and other flours can be soft, delicious, eaten untoasted, and can be normal size was life changing!

Should you ever have questions about ingredients, please feel free to ask. I want all of my customers to feel safe in their purchases. My mission is to provide delicious breads and treats that everyone can enjoy, There are lots of groovy grains to choose from!
